From one-time projects to ongoing commitments, we offer meaningful, hands-on opportunities suited to a variety of interests, experience levels, and abilities — whether you’re joining us on your own or bringing a group — all in support of growing food and growing community.
Join us for our monthly Open Volunteer Saturdays, happening the third Saturday of the month. Registration not required but encouraged.
Planning for a team? We coordinate customized group volunteer days for organizations and schools, from groups of 5 to 150 participants. We’ll work with you to create a meaningful, engaging experience for your team.
If you’re looking for an opportunity that is more consistent, we also offer weekly volunteer shifts throughout the season.

Group Volunteer Opportunities
Group volunteer days are a great way to build teamwork while making a tangible impact on the farm. Group volunteer days are on weekdays and typically last 3 - 4 hours Projects may include planting, harvesting, mulching, infrastructure projects, or seasonal farm improvements, depending on the time of year.

Interested in visiting Hilltop Urban Farm? We would be happy to host a tour just for you! We welcome groups of all sizes, including individuals, university classes, and large organizations.
